So sorry I haven’t posted in so long, but I promise I’ll be keeping up from now on! I’m starting isagenix today, so let’s see how it goes
It’s that’s time of year again! The colds and coughs are coming out :/ but there are ways to stay healthy and feeling great. 
1.)Drink plenty of water, it’s always good to stay hydrated 
2.) things high in antioxidants are great during sick season, some examples are blue berries, green tea, citrus, pomegranates etc 

If you’re already sick, try some green tea with a dash of lemon juice to help clear your nose, and some honey to sooth your throat

When it comes to working out, push yourself, but not too much you get hurt. Know your limits. It also helps to have a trainer, or someone who really knows what they;re doing. Don’t try to out do your friends if they’ve been doing whatever it is longer than you,I promise if you keep working you will get there 

By far one of the best things I have ever made. This is a sun-dried tomato basil pesto pasta. I’m craving it so much I can’t live with myself. Makes about 3/4 of a cup. This is only one variation of this recipe so feel free to add your own twist

Here’s what you need: 
1/2 cup basil
2 garlic cloves
7 sun dried tomatoes (in oil)
1/4 cup olive oil
sea salt and pepper to taste 
Pasta of your choice

Here’s what you do: 
1.) In a food processor, drop in your garlic, once garlic is finely chopped, drop in your basil leaves, give those a few pulses
2.) Pour in the olive oil, and sun dried tomatoes
3.) cook your pasta according to pasta box
4.) Put it on your pasta and enjoy c:
*NOTE* if you have sun dried tomatoes that aren’t in oil, soak them in a bowl of water until they’re soft (about 1-2 hours) you can add the soaking water to the pesto if preferred. 
Blueberries are super high in antioxidants and they taste great!

What’s better than a healthy snack? Nothing! So did you know popcorn is actually really healthy for you?? It has a ton of fiber. Movie theatre popcorn however, is a totally different thing. 
Here’s what you need:
A little bit of olive oil(depending on the type of popper you use)
Here’s what you do:
Follow the directions for your popper
Add salt and cinnamon(adding butter extremely reduces the health quality)

Don’t try the weight loss products you see in tv. I promise they won’t give you lasting results. The only way to get a good body that will last is to work, and keep working
