Here’s a little fitness update. So for days you don’t want to run to the gym, but you still want to do a little something, try fitness games. Believe it or not, there is some science that goes behind these things. Wii fit is the one I happen to have, I don’t have many more mainly because I prefer the outdoors workouts, and it’s a fun little thing to do when it’s rainy, or just to play a few games with a friend. But just remember to keep working out, and you’ll reach your goal in no time(you can’t just remember, you actually have to workout 😉)
